About this activity
Day 1 Arrival Yangon (L,D)

Welcome by our tour guide upon arrival at Yangon International Airport. Upon Arrival, Lunch at local restaurant. After Lunch, tour extend to Another Huge Sitting Marble Buddha Image, LawkaChantha Abaya Lahba Muni meaning Buddha blessing the whole Universe, being healthy, wealthy and free from danger. Visit Chauthtatgyi Pagoda. Transfer to hotel and take a few hours for refreshment. Evening tour begins with the most magnificent and spectacular Shwedagon Pagoda before the sun set and enjoy the beauty of Stupa while it changes the shining of gold in different tones according to the radiant of the setting sun. Dine at local restaurant. Overnight in Yangon.

Day 2 Yangon –Bago-Kyaikhtiyo-Yangon (B,L,D)

After breakfast at hotel, drive to Bago, the Ancient Mon Capital, Visit the reclining ShweThaLyaung Buddha Images, built in 994 AD by King Mingadippa, 55 meters long and 16 meters high, another biggest reclining Buddha image in Myanmar built during 9th Century.Sightseeing includes “Kanbawzathardi Palace and Shwemawdaw Pagoda. Extend visit to Kyaik Pun, four gigantic Buddha images all in sitting posture facing the four cardinal points of the compass, built by King DhammaZedi in 1476 A.D. Lunch at local restaurant in Bago. Tour extend to Kyaikhtiyo, the Golden Rock Pagoda, a huge boulder completely covered by gold leaves stands precariously on the edge of a cliff. From Kin Pun base camp, take an open truck which is compulsory through a steep winding11 km road which leads to the upper staging point. Enjoy the beauty of sunset or dawn over the mountain ranges from the platform of Golden Rock Pagoda or from hotel. Overnight at Kyaikhtiyo.

Day 3 Kyaikthiyo-Bago-Yangon (B,L,D)

After breakfast, descend from Kyaikhtiyo Pagoda. Drive back to Bago, Lunch at local restaurant in Bago. Return back to Yangon. Visit Sule Pagoda. Sightseeing to the city center City Hall, MahaBandoola Park, Independence Monument. Dine at local restaurant .Overnight in Yangon.

Day 4 Yangon Sightseeing (B,L,D)

Breakfast at hotel. Visit World Peace Pagoda (Ka bar Aye) where the Sixth Buddhist Synod and the World Buddhist Summit were held at the MahaPasanaGuha near the Pagoda in the same compound. Lunch at local restaurant. After lunch, Shopping at Bogyoke Market (Scott) Market with hundreds of food, clothes, handicrafts and gems stores. Evening sightseeing at Kandawgyi Royal Lake, enjoying the peace and tranquil under the shading trees, listening to the singing of birds. Take photographs with the Lake with the background of the Shwedagon Pagoda as well as with the Karaweik Royal Palace Barge.Dine at Karaweik Palace restaurant with cultural show. Overnight in Yangon.

Day 5 Yangon Departure (B)

After breakfast at hotel, transfer to International airport for departure “ HOME SWEET HOME”.
