Day 1: Arrival Mandalay (-/-/-)
Start a visit to Amarapura,. Visit a silk weaving workshop which produces exquisite handmade products and then, continue on for a stroll across the 200 year old, teak U Bein Bridge.
Day 2: Mandalay – Bagan (B)
Visit to the top of Mandalay Hill, an excellent opportunity for a grand overview of Mandalay. Then to proceed Kuthodaw Pagoda, Mahamuni Pagoda and Zay Cho Market.
Day 3: Bagan (B)
Visit to Thagyar Pone Temple, Ananda Temple, Myinkaba Village,Gubyaukgyi Temple, Manuha Temple. Board the boat in the early evening and cruise out to the middle of the water where a panorama of temples comes in to view.
Day 4: Bagan (B)
After the breakfast, visit Nyaung U Market, Shwezigon Pagoda. Evening, board a private boat and set off along the Irrawaddy River. You will cruise upriver toward KyaukGu U Min.
Day 5: Bagan – Mt. Popa – Kalaw (B)
Visit Mount Popa, the extinct volcano is home of the Nat ghosts. Later you arrive in Kalaw, an attractive mountain town.
Day 6: Kalaw – Elephant Camp – Kalaw (B)
Drive from Kalaw to the Green Hill Valley Elephant Camp in Magwe. Then embark on a short walk to the river, passing through a reforestation project set up by the camp and villagers.
Day 7: Kalaw – Shwe Nyaung – Nyaung Shwe(B)
Take a train to Shwe Nyaung. A short walk around town and visit to the colorful market. Visit Red Mountain Estate Vineyards and Winery.
Day 8: Nyaung Shwe – Inle Lake(B)
Continue to the jetty and board a private motorboat for a cruise on Inle Lake.
Day 9: Heho – Yangon –Bago(B)
Transfer to Yangon. and then drive to Bago. Visit Allied War Cemetery,Shwethalyaung Temple,Reclining Buddha, Shwemawdaw Pagoda, Kanbawzathadi Palace etc.
Day 10: Bago – Golden Rock (B)
Golden Rock,one of Myanmar's main pilgrimage sites. The uphill trek is along a paved trekking path and offers great views of the surrounding area.
Day 11: Golden Rock – Hpa An(B)
Begin the journey to Hpa An stop at Kha Yon Cave, Kadoe Kawnat village, Kawnat Monastery, Bayin-Nyi cave. This small and busy provincial town is favored by farmes traveling in carts or trishaws and selling their products.
Day 12: Hpa An (B)
Mount Zwekabin, a sacred mountain has several thousand identical Buddha statues along its base. Take a short walk to the waterfalls.Day 13: Hpa An – Yangon (B)
Enjoy the sunset at the Shwedagon Pagoda, it's an interesting place to spend time watching what local pilgrimages are doing. You will spend the time by offering the oil lamp lighting to get unique experience.
