Day 1 Yangon ARRIVAL (-/-/-) – Arrival to Yangon.
Day 2 Yangon sightseeing (B/-/-) – Sightseeing including Chauk Htat Gyi, National Museum, the bustling Chinatown area, Bogyoke Aung San Market and Shwedagon Pagoda.
Day 3 Yangon/Kengtung (flight), Kengtung sightseeing (B/-/-) – Fly to Kyaing Tong. Sightseeing to Naung Tong Lake, the Standing Buddha image and the sunset on the One Tree Hill.
Day 4 Kengtung Trekking (Pin Tauk) (B/L/-) – Visit to Pin Tauk and a local Palaung village to see the bamboo and silver rings used as decorations by the local women.
Day 5 Kengtung/Heho (flight), Kalaw sightseeing (B/-/-) – Fly to Heho and drive to Kalaw for Nee Paya, a gold lacquered bamboo Buddha, Myinmahti cave and downtown area.
Day 6 Kalaw-Loikaw (car) (B/-/-) – Enjoy a morning stroll through Kalaw’s market before driving to Loikaw. Along the way, stop at the small town of Pinlaung for lunch (own account).
Day 7 Pan Pet and Loikaw sightseeing (B/L/-) – Head to the south of Loikaw, home to the famous Kayan ‘long-neck’ women. In the Kayan village of Pan Pet, you will have the opportunity to experience village life by trekking. Back to Loikaw and visit to Taung Kwe Pagoda.
Day 8 Loikaw-Pekon-Inle Lake (B/-/-) – Visit to Loikaw Market and drive to Pekon to take a boat to Inle. Travel by boat to reach Sagar and Thakong Villages.
Day 9 Inle Lake Sightseeing (B/-/-) – Sightseeing on a long-tailed boat, visit silk weaving and lotus industries in Inn Paw khone Village, in Nanpan to witness work at a Cheroot factory, Phaungdaw Oo Pagoda and to witness the making of a Buddha image through the use of dried flour powder.
Day 10 Heho/Nyaung U (flight), Bagan Free (B/-/-) – Fly to Bagan and enjoy free time.
Day 11 Bagan sightseeing (B/-/-) – Tour including Damayarzaka Pagoda, Shwegugyi, Thabyinnyu, Gubyukggyi and Abeyadana Temple, Shwezigone Pagoda, Ananda Pagoda and other temple before enjoy sunset.
Day 12 Bagan-Popa-Bagan (B/-/-) – Visit to Mount Popa. On the way back to Bagan, learn the process of making toddy palm juice.
Day 13 Bagan-Mandalay (car), Mandalay sightseeing (B/-/-) – Drive to Mandalay and sightseeing Mahamuni Pagoda, Shwenandaw Monastery, Kuthodaw Pagoda and visit to Mandalay Hill for a view over the city and Ayeyarwaddy River.
Day 14 Amarapura-Sagaing-Inwa (B/-/-) – Visit to Amarapura including Mahagandayon Monastery and U Bein Bridge. Then drive to Sagaing to explore many stupas at Sagaing Hill. Later, visit to Inwa including the ‘leaning tower of Ava’, Maha Aungmye Bonzan Monastery and Bagaya Monastery.
Day 15 Mandalay departure (B/-/-) – Transfer to airport for departure from Myanmar.
