Stop At: Dala Township Adminstration Office, Dala, Myanmar (Burma)
Our guide will pick you up at your hotel and transfer to Nanthida jetty and takes 10 minutes ferry ride to a small fishing village. A visit to Dala is perfect for those who want to take a quick look at simple Burmese village life. The ferry boat to Dala is like a mini floating market and it has a lot of interesting sights, selling different things – clothes, cigarettes, combs, mirrors, eggs, fresh fruit and so much more. After arriving Dala, take a trishaw to visit to the city. Visit to Shwe Sayan Pagoda and fisherman village, who work along the Yangon river, live with their family in huts. Lunch at a small local restaurant. Visit to the local market where fruits and vegetables and other everyday items are bought and sold. Continue to workshop where plastic waste is recycled into useful goods and explore how recycling is done by locals. Return to Yangon and transfer to your Hotel.
