Day 1: Yangon Arrival & sightseeing
On arrival to Yangon International Airport, you will be welcomed by a tourist guide. Visit to Chaukhtatgyi Pagoda, a 65m long reclining Buddha Image and 2500-years old Shwedagon Pagoda, the landmark of Yangon. Walk around city center of Yangon where Sule Pagoda, Mahabandoola Park, Independence Monument and the City Hall are located. Shopping at Bogyoke Aung San Market is the famous bazaar with hundreds of shops selling souvenirs, handicrafts, clothes and jewellery. If time permits, you will also visit Botahtaung Pagoda, where Buddha's tooth relic is enshrined, and Nanthida Jetty, to watch the busy lives across the Yangon River and beautiful sunset. Overnight in Yangon.
Day 2: Yangon – Mandalay by Flight & Amarapura – Mandalay sightseeing (B)
On arrival to Mandalay Airport, you will be welcomed by a tourist guide. Travel to Amarapura to visit Mahagandayon Monastery where over 1000 monks are studying and 1.2 km long U Bein Teak Bridge, known to be the oldest and longest teakwood bridge in the world. Visit Kuthodaw Pagoda, known as the World’s largest book with 729 inscriptions on marble stabs, which is listed on UNESCO's the Memory of the World Register. Continue to Mandalay Hill to see beautiful sunset. Overnight in Mandalay.
Day 3: Mandalay & Innwa sightseeing (B)
After Breakfast at Hotel, visit to Maha Muni Pagoda, Mandalay Palace and Shwenandaw Monastery. Continue visit to Innwa (Ava) with its attractions: Ruins of Innwa Palace, Maha Aungmye Bonzan Monastery, Me Nu Oak Kyaung and Bagaya Kyaung. Overnight in Mandalay.
Day 4: Mandalay to Heho by flight & Inle lake Sightseeing (B)
Transfer to Mandalay airport for flight to Heho. A tourist guide will welcome you at Heho Airport. Enroute to Inle Lake, visit Shwe Yan Pyay monastery in Nyaung Shwe. Excursion in Inle Lake by boat to workshops of silver smith, cheroot production, boat building carpentry and silk weaving. Visit the Inle Heritage to see the Burmese cats, and the Paungdaw Oo Pagoda, where five small Buddha images are all covered with gold leaf so thick that their original forms can no longer be seen. Inside the lake, you will see floating gardens and may see unique Intha one leg-rowers with fishing canoes. You will visit well known Nga Pe Chaung monastery. Overnight in Nyaung Shwe/Inle Lake.
Day 5: Heho – Yangon by flight, Yangon sightseeing & Departure (B)
Transfer to Heho airport for flight to Yangon. Depending on your international departure flight time, you will visit Kyauk Taw Gyi sitting Buddha made of single marble stone, Royal White Elephant Park, and Kabar Aye Pagoda and Maha Pasana Cave where 6th Great Buddhist Synod was hosted. Transfer to Yangon international airport for departure.
