Your tour will start with pick-up from your accommodation in Zadar. You will drive through coastal areas with amazing panoramic views on sea and islands. Your first stop is panoramic view on city of Šibenik from Šibenik bridge. After you will continue directly to the city of Trogir where you will learn about 2,300 years of tradition in this town, with your guide. It's rich culture is created under the influence of old Greeks, Romans, Venetians. Trogir, with a concentration of palaces, churches, towers, fortress on a small island in aviary way deserves it's nickname "THE STONE BEAUTY," and is a remarkable example of urban continuity. The orthogonal street plan of this island settlement dates back to the Hellenistic period and it was embellished by successive rulers with many fine public and domestic buildings and fortifications. Its beautiful Romanesque churches are complemented by the outstanding Renaissance and Baroque buildings from the Venetian period.

After enjoying this beautiful town you continue for a 20 minutes of driving to the Split. Croatia's second-largest city, Split (Spalato in Italian) is a great place to see Dalmatian life. Split is always buzzing, this exuberant city has just the right balance of tradition and modernity.

Your tour will take you inside Diocletian’s Palace (a Unesco World Heritage site and one of the world’s most impressive Roman monuments) where you’ll see lot of bars, restaurants and shops thriving amid the atmospheric old walls where Split life has been humming along for thousands of years. Facing the harbor, Diocletian’s Palace is one of the most imposing Roman ruins in existence and where you’ll spend most of your time while in Split. Don’t expect a palace though, or a museum – this is the city's living heart, its labyrinthine streets packed with people, bars, shops and restaurants. Built as a military fortress, imperial residence and fortified town, the palace measures 215 meters from north to south and 180 meters east to west, altogether covering 38,700 sq meters. Explore this beautiful town with your local tourist guide. When your sightseeing tour is finished you will have leisure time to explore Split. You can enjoy a walk through the promenade or explore local market to buy beautiful Mediterranean products.
