Zadar's incredible Sea Organ , designed by local architect Nikola Bašić, is unique. Set within the perforated stone stairs that descend into the sea is a system of pipes and whistles that exudes wistful sighs when the movement of the sea pushes air through it. Krka National Park encompasses the area along the course of the Krka River, which flows through a deep and picturesque canyon for over 75 km and creates waterfalls. Skradinski buk is the longest and most visited waterfall on the Krka River, and one of the best known natural beauties in Croatia. Here spills Krka over the 17 cascades which are formed by travertine barriers. Visiting last waterfall on a river, you will walk in the woods, along the river with a dozens cascading waterfall.
