Our guide Sime articulated perfectly the history of Zadar and the region in such a easy and fun manner. I recommend very highly any tour with Sime or his company.

We pre booked on-line this tour as a cheaper alternative to a cruise shore tour and did not get disappointed . Zadar has amazing history, lots of Roman ruins combined with great summer modern Croatian seaside atmosphere . our guide was very informative , group of only 4 people . Tasting some local delicacies was nice too.

This 100-minute walking tour of Zadar was truly outstanding. Sime, the tour guide (“the man with the white umbrella”) explained so well not only the sites and history associated with the sites, but he was especially effective in also providing very insightful background on the culture associated with the area. He spoke clearly and sufficiently loud enough for all of us to understand every word. He was very attentive to the group. His stories and delivery really maintained everyone’s high interest level. The 100-minutes went by very quickly. We are so glad we took this tour.

Sime Botica Simon is a very knowledgeable guide with a great personality. He takes you to many hidden corners of the old town that would probably remain undiscovered but for him. Includes Pag cheese tasting and a tipple of the local liquor Maraschino. Does not cover the promenade area including the Greetings to the Sun and the Sea Organ, but these are best visited at the time of the sun set to appreciate their real beauty. Highly recommended.
