Stop At: Plitvicka jezera, Plitvice Lakes National Park 53231 Croatia

Plitvice Lakes are one of Europe's most spectacular natural wonders and pleasure to visit at any time of year. This wonderful natural phenomenon consists of 16 interconnected lakes - all situated at a different level - and over 90 waterfalls of different size. The colour of the water is changing from emerald green to aqua blue and it’s so clear that you can easily see through, almost better than in any aquarium. Our guide will make sure you see as much as you can so you can just relax and enjoy the surroundings. Just like with any other wonders of nature, you have to visit and make your own impression.

Plitvice Lakes was TRULY BEAUTIFUL! I have never seen water that turquoise. Andrea was great. She taught us a lot, made us feel comfortable, and met all our needs-- from adjusting the tour when we had an unexpected delay to taking photos of us so we didn't have that awkward selfie shot. She was really kind and friendly.

Transparent green lakes, breathtaking views, an efficient tour guide (Phillipe was great!)... all in all, a great day exploring nature. Helpful notes: pack cash for the National Park entrance fee, and your student ID card for a significant discount. Pack snacks and water.

Andrea was our guide and was excellent. Communication beforehand was great and she negotiated us well through some challenging changes by the Govt to routes people could take within the national park. The lakes are incredible, don't be put of with just having 4 hours there because there are very few opportunities to stop and stay still take it in anyway, the small pathways mean you pretty much always have to keep moving, stopping in the relevant areas for photos. Beautiful park, great organisation and excellent value for money

HIghly recommend this tour! The bus broke down causing a delay but luckily it happened before the tour started. Our tour guide was great, despite the shaky start, she did a great job! You spend approx. 5 hours walking to see one of the most beautiful sights. Must do if you are going to Croatia.
