We had the lucky opportunity to be shown the site by an Archaeologist who helped paint pictures for us of what the site would have looked like at its height. We also had ample time free time to visit the site at our leisure, which was a nice treat. Since I love UNESCO World Heritage sites, the tour allowed me to visit this site without the worry of coordinating its logistics, while learning more than I would have on my own. Be ready however for a long day.
This tour was amazing! Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer any and all questions!
