About this activity
Itinerary
First you visit the exhibition-shop to get an idea of Dionysia' s work.
Then you work with Dionysia for 2 hours to get familiar with clay and create your own unique ceramic memories from Zakynthos island. The standard project includes the creation of a bowl (or vase or pencil holder) and a turtle. The shape and the style of the turtle depends on your imagination and creativity! Your ceramics will remain to dry under the sun and then I will glaze and fire them. They will be ready out from the kiln after 3 days.
After the lesson you may have a walk in our farm and admire some of the oldest olive trees in Zakynthos.

Most wonderful 2 hours....Dionysia is a fabulous host and teacher. We thoroughly enjoyed our Ceramics making experience and the homemade Lemonade was delicious. Dionysia’s shop is full of unique pieces which make for lovely gifts. A very worthwhile excursion. Thank you.
I booked this activity on a whim, just because I'm not doing anything on Sunday. Turned out to be among the best activities I've done so far in the island : Definitely a must-try during your holiday. Dionysia is nice and will really have you going at it quickly. For people who'd like to get their hands dirty, don't look farther - book this! :D
