The details says entry/admission to Leisee, Sunnegga, and Stellisee is included when i purchased the tour (I noticed this detail is now removed from their description). when we went up to the Stellisee by cable cart from Sunnegga thinking it was include based on our tour description, but it was not. They made us pay $24 pp after we after we got off the cable cart. Same thing happened to another couple when we were up there. We took the cable cart to Leisee as well and it was included. Also, the tour says you will see the reflection of the Matterhorn in Stellisee which was not true. We hiked 20 mins after getting out from the Stellisee cable cart to find out that it's not the lake with reflection. The Lake where you will see the reflection is Riffelsee which you can't get to from this tour.

We arrived in Taesh in the afternoon after a long flight. I attempted to find where this excursion met, without success. I contacted Viator to see if I could reschedule for the next day. They said I needed to contact the provider directly. Having no phone service, I was unable to call. So, I feel it unfair to critique this excursion since I did not go. With that in mind, be aware, you need to pay for a train ticket into Zermatt before you can use this ticket. The train station sells tickets to Sunnegga also so don't feel you need to buy this ticket. And, wait until the day you are there to decide what to buy as the weather is a factor in what you may see. The second day we were there, we purchased our train ticket into Zermatt and we were able to partially see the Matterhorn.
