Day 1: Zhangjiajie Arrival

Pass By: Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Wulingyuan District, Zhangjiajie 427000 China
Welcome to Zhangjiajie! Upon arrival, be greeted by our tour guide in the airport or train station who is holding a sign on which says your name. A comfortable vehicle (non-smoking) with experienced driver will transfer you directly to your hotel at Wulingyuan. Your guide will help you check in. The rest of today is on your own to explore this beautiful city. Have a good sleep tonight.

Day 2: Zhangjiajie National Forest Park ,Yuanjiajie Avatar Mountain&Tianzi Mountain Peak Forest(B, L)

After breakfast, start your full-day Zhangjiajie National Forest Park Adventure. Zhangjiajie National Forest Park is the first state-level forest park in China. It is known for its exquisite forests, odd-shaped peaks and rocks, the beautiful canyons, the limestone caves, and the breath-taking panoramic views. The words, such as majestic, eccentric, tranquil, delicate and wild, are not enough to describe it's beauty.

Firstly, go to take the 326-meter-high Bailong Elevator (the tallest and the fastest in the world) up to Yuanjiajie, which is situated in the north of Zhangjiajie National Park. This scenic area is world famous as the mountains here inspired the floating mountains in the Hollywood movie Avatar. The peaks in Yuanjiajie are nearly at the same height, which makes it a mountain platform great for enjoying sweeping vistas.

Next, take a sightseeing bus to Tianzi Mountain, where you can have a stunning view of the peaks rising one after another. Atop of the mountain offers a full extent of the whole scenic area, which is magnificent and spectacular. There are four wonders in Tianzi Mountain: the Sea of Clouds, the Radiance of the Moonlight, Rays of Sunshine and the Snow in winter.

After the exciting tour, your guide and driver will escort you to your hotel.

Day 3: Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon(Glass Bridge),pick tea in person at tea garden,visit tea factory,learn how to make tea.(B,L,D)

Stop At: Wulingyuan Scenic and Historic Interest Area of Zhangjiajie, Within the District, Wulingyuan District, Zhangjiajie 427400 China
After the Breakfast, be ready for today's exciting adventure. You'll drive about 20 km to visit Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon. You will start from the Tourist Center to Zhangjiajie Glass Bridge to walk on the highest and longest glass bridge in the world. After that, appreciate the charming sightseeing of running waters, flying waterfalls, lush vegetation, etc. at the Rainbow Square, Yilian Youmeng, Momo Cave, the Holy Spring Lake and other beautiful attractions in Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon. (Please note: In Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon, you can choose to only experience the thrilling glass bridge or fully explore Glass Bridge as well as hiking in the Grand Canyon. Feel free to tell your likes to your travel consultants.)

After lunch,drive to the beautiful tea garden in the afternoon, pick tea by yourself, see how to make Chinese tea in the tea factory, you can also taste the local Chinese tea, and learn the Chinese tea culture and the way of drinking from the tea ceremony.

Then enjoy a tea dinner at a local featured restaurant, get back to hotel when the dinner finished.

Evening Activity: Take a stroll at Xibu Street, located at Wulingyuan Center, it combines the bars, tea houses, souvenir shops, local snacks and so on. You can relax and enjoy by walking on the streets.

Day 4: Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park & Rice Terrace , Departure in the evening (B, L)

Stop At: Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park, Tianmen Mountain Ticket Station, Yongding District, Zhangjiajie 427000 China
After breakfast, drive about 50minites back to Zhangjiajie ,visit Tianmen Mountain: Regarded as the ‘soul’ of Zhangjiajie, Tianmen Mountain is the highest mountain in Zhangjiajie; the views included graceful ancient trees, karst hillocks and long roads that are carved from the sides of the cliff. The cable car takes 30minutes from the city center to the mountain top and is the longest in the world.

Tianmen Mountain Glass Walkway: Tianmen Mountain Glass Walkway, located in China’s Tianmen Mountain National Park, is one of the word’s highest observation platforms jutting out from a sheer cliff at 1430 meters tall. The 1.6-metre-wide, 60-meter-long glass walkway offers sightseers terrifying thrills and clear view of the mountain below as they tread nervously on it ,and has been compared to the Grand Canyon ‘skywalk ’in Arizona, USA.

Drive about 1.5 hours to Dagon&Phoenix Rice Terrace in the afternoon.

The Rice Terraces in Dragon&Phoenix village show a picture of great momentum and imposing beauty, being reputed as having no match in the world. Dragon&Phoenix Terraces are reached from Zhangjiajie city by mountain roads amid spectacular scenery. With a history of more than 700 years, the area is still being used for growing premium quality rice by Tujia Minority villagers. The rice terraces are built into the hillsides and look like great steps cut into the slopes as they wind around the mountainsides. This ingenious construction makes best use of the scarce arable land and water resources in the mountainous area.

The Rice Terraces are much prettier after the rain, as the morning fog is clearing or while rice is being harvested. If you like to paint or photograph dramatic, beautiful landscapes, this would be a superb destination in which to practice your art; or come here anyway just to look, gaze in awe, and take it all in.

Drive back to Zhangjiajie City and departure after the tour,service ends.
