Viator dropped the ball on this one. The folks at Zion Ponderosa (tour guide company) did not have our reservation made through Viator. Viator had sent several confirmations to me beforehand. Zion Ponderosa said this has happened before with Viator. The employees were very customer service oriented trying to get us a guide at the last minute. A guide named Jager and his accompanying guide Sabrina stepped-up and agreed to take us on a great tour of key areas in Zion National Park. Both Jager and Sabrina were very engaging, polite and knowledgeable. Viator, please improve your communication process with tour guide companies so others don't have to experience the same frustration we did. Zion Ponderosa, keep up the great work.
