The guide will pick you up at the Sihlquai Coach Terminal, Zürich to start your journey to central Switzerland.

Stop At: Luzern, 6003 Lucerne, Switzerland

Enjoy a scenic journey to central Switzerland. While you entering Lucerne, the guide will point out the main sights in Lucerne. Discover this beautiful city during you leisure time of approximately 50 minutes.

Duration: 50 minutes

Pass By: Pilatus Bahnen AG, Schlossweg 1, Kriens, Lucerne 6010 Switzerland

You'll then continue to Kriens, where a panoramic aerial cable car gondola transports you up to 7'000 feet (2'132 meters) to the white mythical paradise of Mount Pilatus.

Stop At: Mount Pilatus, PILATUS-BAHNEN AG Schlossweg 1 Kriens, Lucerne 6010 Switzerland

According to legend, kind dragons used to inhabit the mountain! Set about discovering the weaving Dragon Path and take in the spectacular alpine vistas.

Over lunch, marvel at the breathtaking alpine views. Afterwards, take the cable car back down the mountain before rejoining your guide for your coach transfer back to Zurich.

Between late October and mid-November the aerial cable car is under maintenance. In this case you will travel up and down Mt. Pilatus by cogwheel train.

Please note that the trip up Mount Pilatus is unguided Guide accompanies the customers to the valley station of Mt. Pilatus in Kriens where he/she organises the cable car tickets and the lunch vouchers. Then customers make their own way up to Mt. Pilatus, spend their time there and make their own way down from Mt. Pilatus back by public bus to Lucerne. In Lucerne they rejoin the tour guide and the group for the return to Zürich.
From October 23th to November 10 2017 and from October 22, 2018 to November 9, 2018 the round-trip up and down Mt Pilatus will be by cogwheel train due to cable car maintenance

Not much to enjoy at top of the glacier, but cable car journey to the glacier is fantastic. If you are asian you may not like the taste of complimentory lunch. If you want to select between mt pilatus and mt titlis, i suggest to opt for mount titlis which have many places to enjoy including sledging

The tour was great and almost worth the cost. I got free upgrade to Mt Titalus tour as I was the only one who booked this. The tour guide was amazingly polite and knew a lot. The tour begins at Zurich so you get snip it's of things along your journey. The drive by itself is amazing and beautiful.

The tour was everything that we wanted in a day trip - prompt departure, clean coach, knowledgeable guide. Our only suggestion would be to allow more time in Lucerne.

This tour is amazing the view from the top is unique. The only thing missing was on the lift. During our time there the aerial cableway was closed but the cogwheel railway is not bad! The meal included is not really good, the drinks are not included! But just the experience at the top and the small tour to Luzerne really worths it!!!

The tour was very scenic, and our guide very knowledgeable. The majority of our group was touring Lucerne and Titlis. Did not realize till boarding my family was going to be dropped off at Mtn Pilatus mid tour. So we were given tickets for gondola, lunch, and bus pass to get back to Lucerne on our own and meet the group. It all went well, but if I were traveling by myself or with one other person may have been more anxious. Overall the tour was very beautiful.

Wonderful tour! Our guide was very kind and knowledgeable. I recommend this tour as a quick way to see Lucerne and some pretty countryside as well as Mt. Pilatus. The cable car was closed but we took the cogwheel and saw the beautiful mountain side!
