Good observational tours for those not wishing to walk too much. Unfortunately neither offered any insight into history of the city or its culture.

We enjoyed the informative city tour, be aware that you just have i hour before the next tour ends.luckily there are some good restaurants near by.. the Rhine falls your and the 11 century village was excellent. Best of Switzerland is an excellent tour company.

First part of trip somewhat boring as too much reference to banking and insurance firms. Also seem guide had something going on as was on cell phone very often as we walked through town. Got the feeling she couldn't wait for the tour to end so she could attend to whatever the constant calls inferred. Falls trip great as was Hans who made for an informative tour.

We skipped the boat ride and walked to all of the overlooks. Very much enjoyed the stops. The only issue on the trip was that the ac on the bus wasnt working well. And it was in the 90s. The coach ride got uncomfortably hot.

We were very disappointed with this excursion. The buses were over-packed and not clean/smelly. We felt herded through the attractions. The city tour guide gave us the minimum information and seemed uninterested in the entire event. The afternoon guide was better in terms of being informative but the timing was poor - too little time at the Falls and too much at Stein am Rein. This seemed like such a great tour on paper but it was extremely disappointing and fell far below our expectations. We actually stayed in Zurich an extra day just to do this tour and wished we hadn't. I would much rather pay a few extra $ to get a better quality tour.
