Stop At: Old Town, Zurich 8001 Switzerland

Have you ever heard of Tirggel or Hüppen? Not only will you learn about the history of these Swiss specialties but you will also get to try them along with many other local delicacies!

We will guide you from the main station of Zurich, through the historical old town, to the beautiful shores of Lake Zurich, and will share all we know and love about Zurich as well as Switzerland’s culinary history. We will introduce you to plenty of delicious tasters which will change seasonally: There will be famous Swiss meat products such as sausages, cured meats or Fleischkäse (a Swiss version of meatloaf) in a historic building. You will taste Swiss cheese(s). We will tell you about various local food start-ups, and you will get to try their products. Sink your teeth into delicious chocolates created by local, small chocolatiers. Let us take you to small, local shops and discover Swiss specialties that most travelers never hear about.

In addition to food stories, we will tell you about Zurich’s past and show you some of our favorite buildings in town. We will take you to places where even most locals have never been… expect to create memories that last!
