- Please find your way to the redemption counter at the park and present the redemption voucher/code provided. At the counter you will then receive physical tickets that will give you access to the park.
- This park is disabled friendly and also offers limited wheelchairs at a cost.
- All rides at this theme park undergo a safety protocol every day before the park opens to guests. The water park undergoes rigorous testing, and the water is recycled on a daily basis.
- There is a first aid kit available at the park.
- You can rent or purchase the swimwear at the park.
