This tour was absolutely awesome with a great crew looking after us. My partner and I opted to do the introductory scuba dive and it was such an amazing experience. Where better to try scuba diving than the Great Barrier Reef? Our instructor Jess was superb and we felt very safe under the water with her supervision. Thanks so much! The boat was very relaxing with plenty of places to sit and the lunch was very good. Highly recommend. Couldn't have wished for a better time spent at the reef

The boat was comfortable and the food delicious. I also participated in the Discover Scuba which was a cool feature to have on the boat, definitely a once in a lifetime experience. I saw lots of cool wildlife and felt well taken care of by the crew and safe at all times. Thanks for the experience!

We just completed a day tour of the Great Barrier Reef with Paradise Tours! This was a fantastic day! They serve tea, coffee, muffins and fresh fruit on the ride out and it hit the spot as it was just a bit chilly. They also offer it on the way back to port and both tea times are included in the cost of the tour. The boat is comfortable and had varied seating to meet everyone's needs. It is a well run tour and the crew is wonderful. They are very safety conscience but make sure you are having fun at the same time! We went to 2 reefs and it exceeded our expectations! The included lunch was amazing! It is the only reef tour per the crew that has an onboard chef and he is very talented. They served food for every dietary need - meat, vegetarian and vegan dishes and each one was delish! Although we did not do the dive only regret we recommend participating in the dive option. We had to rent wet suits due to it being windy and a bit chilly but the cost was very affordable 8 AUD- So glad we did that. The crew is fun, very passionate and knowledgable about the Reef and the life there. There is a presentation about the Reef and all the life that abounds on the trip back to port. They do collect for various Reef and Marine life charities as well as the Rainforest but there is no pressure. Highly recommend this tour..... Note - If you have any medical issues, or have had any recent surgery, contact the tour directly -- they will let you know if they need a doctor's letter giving you the OK to dive! So highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing experience!! Very friendly staff, nice catamaran, good for first timers because they assign instructors to lead those who are not very good with swimming

AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME! That sums up this trip! I have a son who is allergic to nuts, so as soon as I stepped on board the boat, I asked to speak to the chef to make him aware of our issue. I did not want to be miles away from a hospital in case the worst should occur. The chef had planned to put nuts in a salad I think and as soon as I mentioned that my son had a nut allergy, he went straight back to the kitchen to pack up the nuts with a note on them not to be used due to an allergy. He then came back and we talked a bit more about other pre-packaged items that would be served that might contain nuts. I SUPER appreciated the attention to detail from not only the chef but from all the crew members!

We seriously loved this opportunity to take in the Great Barrier Reef and snorkel at two sites for a total of three hours. My wife was first in, last out at each of the snorkel sites. I was able to do the glass bottom boat for the second site and loved it along with the guided explanations of the reef. Along with the rainforest trip the Great Barrier Reef is a must see activity in Cairns.

We were all packed like sardines on the boat and if you wanted a seat in a particular area you can forget it. I've taken a few tours using Viator and this is the only time i've been disappointed. Book less people and charge more... If you are the type who does not want to be within earshot of 5 different conversations and does not want to fight for comfortable seating for the entire trip please don't book this tour. Its not a cruise it is a crammed boat ride.
