Don’t pay the money for this - very expensive for a nasty bus tour. This is not a luxury tour and not as described. If you take the tour from a ship, you will be in a “half-bus”, not the van shown. We were on a tiny bus for 24 people but they packed 28 into it. Exceptionally small seats, tiny aisle, very uncomfortable for a full day excursion with long rides. My husband is only 6’1” and had to sit sideways with his legs in the aisle b/c there was NO legroom. I called the local office about the bus vs. advertised van and she said I was in the wrong vehicle. But when I told her our names were in this driver’s list, she put me on hold then disconnected me. When I called back, I only got busy signals. The driver was uncaring and sarcastic. Awful experience although the sites were good. Others on our bus were equally disappointed and complained that Viator does this a lot. We will be rethinking booking through Viator in the future.
I'm not sure how this is considered luxury??? It was a small bus. The young lady was just okay as a guide.
Val was a great and very entertaining guide. He made sure that people got to do what they wanted and gave some good advice on places to go.
This tour was fantastic!
