Our archaeologist/local expert guide will take you the Goa's oldest monument. The rock engravings at Pansaimol (also known as Usgalimal)
6000 Year Old Pansaimol Rock Art: We begin the trail by visiting the earliest accessible site which tells the story of the people of the New-Stone-Age. Situated by a small stream of the river Kushawati in Pansaimol, we take you on a journey to understand the human-animal interaction and to a labyrinth with a figure of a birthing mother that leaves you mesmerized.

Explore and understand the idea of rock art, the style and technique of its creation and the methods that help the archaeologists decide the date of this art at the site itself.

Stop At: Rivona Buddhist Caves, Rivona, Quepem Taluka, Ponda India

Rivona Group of Caves: Rivona village is blessed with scenic beauty and easy access to freshwater springs and natural caves. Perhaps this is the reason ancient sages chose this place to meditate. The village gets its name from the same; Rishi-Van, a forest where sages would stay. We will visit two caves here, a natural cave used by the Buddhist monks and another cave used by sages to meditate.

Stop At: Shri Ramnath Damodar Sansthan Zambaulim Goa, Zambaulim Quepem goa Zambaulim, Quepem, Goa 403705, India

Damodar Temple, Jambaulim: This temple is dedicated to Shri Damodar, a form of Krishna who appeared as an incarnation of Shiva in Goa. The temple was originally located in Margao until 1567 when the Portuguese invaded the state and destroyed the temple. The devotees fled to the nearby area and managed to construct the shrine.

The current structure is modern in terms of architecture, and Shri Damodar being a patron deity to most of the Goans including Hindus and Christians plays a significant role in the cultural setting of Goa.

Stop At: Tanshikar's Working Organic Spice Farm, Near Smriti Yoga, Sanguem 403704 India

This is Goa's one of the oldest working organic spice farm. The owner of the farm is the third generation working on the farm and has received many awards from various institutions for his contribution. He will take us around the farm to understand where our food in a better way. After the walk, we shall have lunch at his farm. Food is freshly prepared in the best hygine conditions.

Stop At: Netravali, Netravali, South Goa District, Goa

Budbudyanchi Tali literally means a lake which bubbles. Opposite the shrine of Gopinath, a temple initially constructed by the Kadamba rulers in Goa is a holy tank with 365 days flow of water. What amuses the visitor is the appearance of the bubbles when you clap or make any vibrations nearby. Is the process a miracle or is there any science to it? Come uncover the secrets in the trail.

Stop At: Chandor, Chandor, South Goa District, Goa

We shall first visit the excavated site of Chandor, the first capital of Goa. At the site of the temple, an excavation was carried out that revealed a huge sized sculpture of a bull, which is worshipped as the vehicle of Lord Shiva. The temple was destroyed during many invasion and now is all dust. However, the folk stories connected with this village are interesting.

From this site our guide will take you to a palace that is more than 500 years old. The family was initially Hindu family before conversion done by Portuguese. The house has stood testimony to the time and speak of architectural insights from the times gone by. They have a secret passage, a ballroom, and various interesting artifacts from the bygone times.
