Stop At: Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, Kandy, Kandy District, Central Province

You will be picked up from your hotel in Colombo at approximately 7am and transported to Kandy En-route, stop over at the Pinnawala Elephant orphanage. It is a nursery and captive breeding ground for wild Asian Elephants. The aim of the orphanage is to stimulate a natural habitat to these elephant however there are some exceptions the elephant are taken to the river twice a day for a bath and all the babies less then three years of age are still bottle fed by the mahouts and volunteers.
We will also visit the Temple of sacred tooth relic. Visit view point in Kandy. Later do the city tour of Kandy town and the surrounding areas and visit the sacred temple of the tooth relic After we will continue to Kandy this royal city, sheltered by the hills and looped by the Mahaweli the longest river of Sri Lanka and then drop you at the your pick up point in Colombo during late evening
