With all meals included (starting with dinner on day one and ending with breakfast on your final day), together with your personal yoga instructor, you will be guided in embracing the health benefits of yoga, in accordance to your personal needs and wishes. The numerous programs – ranging from wellness and bio-impedance consultation sessions, massages and meals to match your holiday mood for the coming 3 nights and more -, guest receive 2 times 90 minutes private yoga sessions with emphasis on asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing) and meditation. The tempo and your personal preferences and limitations are constantly considered, measured and integrated into your sessions. Outside finding yourself mentally and physically transported to healthier states of mind, there will be ample time to enjoy the pool, follow the complimentary holistic fitness activities or let the world pass you by at one of the steam caves.

This package is operated on full private basis transfers; transfers, yoga/massage and other activities may be joined with other guests for the Holistic Fitness Activities at the resort.
The retreat provides 2 cuisines: Detox cuisine and healthy A la cart cuisine.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide us with the correct arrival and departure information, should pick-up and drop-off services be included in the package. Any changes in flights outside 48 hours will be handled accordingly: changes within 48 hours may be on request.
We recommend wearing light, comfortable cotton clothing and comfortable sandals / flip flops during this stay.
The concept of this package is not suited for children; customers who want to bring children under the age of 16 may be declined access to the retreat.
The facilities and services are designed for adults who seek the time, place and expertise to improve their wellbeing.
Unused services i.e. massages, treatment and consultations are non-refundable in any way.
According to the hotel check-in and check-out policy, check-in is scheduled at 14:00 hrs as check-out on the last day is at 12:00 hrs.
