Thai Cooking Class with Local Market Tour in Koh Samui

After pick up from your hotel, we will spend time about 30 minutes at local Thai market, get your new experience how Thai people prepare for their meals. Shop some Thai herbs, curry, fresh vegetables and others for 4 dishes of your choice. After getting all the recipes you need, now it’s time to lean how to cook Thai food. Our Thai cooking class takes 2 hours with a small group for 6 persons maximum which makes it's easy to follow and understand. Every question is welcome during the class. Enjoy your lunch or dinner with 4 dishes and delicious dessert of banana in coconut milk. Full from your delicious meal, then returning back to your hotel.

• Pad Thai - Thai dish of stir-fried rice noodles with eggs, vegetables,dried shrimp and tofu in a sauce of tamarind, fish, garlic, red chilli pepper and sugar.
• Tom Yum Goong - Thai spicy and sour flavored soups with Thai herb (kaffir lime leaf, lemon grass and galangal) boiled in water with shrimp, chilies, and lime juice.
• Bananas in Coconut milk (Kluay Bu-ard Chee) - The Classic Thai dessert. The sliced bananas in a warm sweet soup that be mixed from coconut milk, sugar, salt and coconut cream.
