Please find your way to the redemption counter at the park and present the redemption code provided. At the counter you will then receive physical tickets that will give you access to the park.

Printed E-ticket has to be exchanged at Aquatica designated ticket counter on the date of visit. Any subsequent claim with the same e-ticket will not be admitted.
Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Incase the booking person is not the Guest, then the identity proof of the booking person has to be produced at the time of check-in.
Sythentic dress is compulsory to go in pools and Rides.
Foods from outside and alcoholic drinks are not allowed inside park.
Intoxicated persons are not allowed to enter the park..All persons, bags luggage and parcels and any other items is subject to security check at the point of entry to the park and at such other locations inside the park as we consider appropriate.
Dress like sarees, dupatta, long pants, shirts, jeans, burkha, Denim (jeans, three fourth jeans) cargos and indecent attires are not allowed in water rides or pools.
Pregnant Women, heart patients, persons with high blood pressure and those prone to epilepsy are advised to avoid fast/adventurous rides.
Children should be accompanied by adults. There are certain height restrictions in some rides. Children below stipulated height are not permitted in those rides.
Guests may have to leave the park even before closing time if the situation warrants.
The management has the right to cancel the ticket and remove any person from the park premises, if misbehaviour or violation of park rules is reported from his or her part.
Smoking is prohibited in the common areas of the park. Kindly use the specified area for the same. Pet animals are not allowed inside the park.

Child: 4 ft 6 inches, Adult: above 4 ft 6 inches.
Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
Some rides may be under maintenance and closed for operation.
