Culinary day trip to Slovenian Istria

The trip starts in a small village Truške. Our first degustation stop is at Kozlovič farm where they will welcome us with white and red wine Refošk (Slovenian wine) and their homemade olive oil together with bread and garlic. The trip also includes a visit to the famous Sečovlje Salt Works, where you will learn about the area's rich history of salt making, and a salt museum with a shop where they have authentic Slovenian sea–salt. Our lunch will meet us in the heart of Slovenian Istria where we will explore the picturesque villages of this interesting region, get an insight into their rich history, and taste some of the delicious local specialities at a tourist farm. Famous medieval coastal town Piran is our last stop where you will have time to bathe in the sea.
