Full Day Daraitan River Adventure Bike Tour from Makati

Hidden in the mountains of Sierra Madre in Tanay, Rizal is a paradise known as Daraitan. Mountain bike adventurers will surely love this place because of its amazing river and rock formations. We will bike through single tracks and countless river crossings. Our Daraitan River mountain bike adventure is not complete without a visit to an abandoned dam project known as Laiban Dam.

After visiting the Laiban Dam, we will proceed to Daraitan and then trek for 40 minutes to Tinipak River and Tinipak Cave. It’s a wonderful limestone rock formation. Also, the water in the river is so clear you can see the bottom.

The Daraitan River mountain bike adventure is a one of a kind adventure that you can do with your friends any day of the week. If you are exhausted from work and need to release some stress, Daraitan is the place to go.

Itinerary:

6am - Hotel pickup and depart for Sierra Madre Hotel / trail head

8am - ETA Sierra Madre Hotel. Prepare for the tour

10am - ETA Laiban Dam. First major stop before the ascent to Daraitan

12pm - ETA Daraitan River. Biking leg ends here. Eat lunch by the river and rest

1:30pm - Start trek to Tinipak River

2pm - ETA Tinipak River. Enjoy the river and the rock formation

3:30pm - ETD parking lot / Daraitan River. Wash up and prepare for the return trip to Manila

6:30pm - ETA Manila / Makati
