Jim our driver was wonderful. We learned a lot about the history of Newport. I would recommend Viking Trolly tours when visiting Newport. Just look around for the best parking lot price. They vary a lot.

Such a great experience and will definitely be doing this again. Our trolly guide Jim was so knowledgeable and even let my daughter “co-pilot” which she loved!

We were a party of 5 visiting via a cruise. The tender process getting off the boat was a complete disaster and ran almost 2 hours late. I called the tour office when I realized we were not going to make our original tour time and they were able to get us on a little different later tour that still got us back to the ship in time for departure. The whole day could have been totally ruined, but we were able to enjoy a great tour of Newport and visit the Breakers. Really appreciated their flexibility.

Tour was very informative covering lots of ground and one stop along the way before stopping at the Marble House and The Breakers. Unfortunately we weren't able to understand the driver clearly as he spoke to the group along the drive. The speakers on the trolley are prob not the best or the driver held the mic. Too close to his mouth. Way too muffled

I was very unhappy with this tour. The trolly was extremely uncomfortable and the guide spoke too fast. I had asked him three times to please slow down but he did not, so the group were not able to understand the tour.

I thoroughly enjoyed this trolley tour and learned a lot about Newport. Our guide, Rob, grew up in Newport and was very knowledgeable about his hometown. He spoke of the history of the town, the architecture, preservation, trees/plants and the

Even in the rain ~ our tour was beautiful and full of facts!!! I highly recommend for all ages. The pace was slow and we never felt rushed.

The tour guide was friendly and informative and I don't intend this to reflect poorly on her. This kind of touring doesn't lend itself to photographic opportunities. That said they only allowed 45 minutes to explore and take photos in the 2 mansions we opted for Marble House and The Breakers. At the Breakers, two bus loads of Chinese tourists arrived at the same time as our trolley, so there were approximately 200 people jostling for position and blocking shots. We found ourselves RUNNING through the mansions hurriedly taking pictures and not really able to fully enjoy the experience. If I had to do it again I would just drive to the mansions and take my time. Lesson learned...
