WINE TASTING & FOOD PAIRING CLASS by Fucina Social Club

Through our fun and easy wine tasting class, we propose you a way to discover some of Sicily great wines and explore Sicilian cuisine and wine-making traditions at its best. Guests are invited to enjoy an intimate seated tasting experience featuring our three current release wines, each selected and perfectly paired with three designed dishes, by our expert sommelier from niche producers and renowned wineries for a complete cultural experience. All our dishes are personally designed by our selected chefs, from expert grandmothers to Michelin-starred, always committed to fresh, local and seasonal produce. Our ingredients showcase the tastes, textures, and fragrances of the surrounding natural world. Together with our Sommelier, they focus on the way the whole menu flows, the rhythm and the balance, always with the intention to create new emotions. 
Designed for those who would like to enhance their wine tasting ability and learn a new way to enjoy any wines, while learning the story behind the production of each bottle of wine, from the time of the pruning to the harvest, through the fermentation and aging.
LA CANTINA Our selected Sommelier, as well as hosting a memorably unique wine experience, will assist our Members as personal wine consultants, helping to source our cellar from everyday wine drinking to rare bottles for their private cellars.
