Tour De Funk

We start our excellent adventure at Labrewatory, a cutting edge haven for the mad scientists of the beer world. We’ll get familiar with the chemistry behind brewing beer while enjoying their curious creations. Next up, it’s BTU Brasserie, America’s first and only brewery / Chinese restaurant for some mind-boggling bites and even weirder brews. Then it’s on to Oregon Mead & Cider Company, a badass meadery/cidery that rejects your Viking ties and proves that they are a “drinkable freak of nature.” After a few sips we have no doubt you’ll agree. After sampling their latest experiments, it’s just a short skip to Culmination Brewing, ironically our penultimate stop on this journey through the new frontier of beer.
