Baking French Baguette

You will get hands on experience starting from setting up the initial dough to rising methods and times, shaping the Baguettes to finally baking them. All will be explained in my class, then you will do all steps for your very own Baguette. You will leave class with the detailed recipe of the Baguette, the bread you just baked, dough for you to bake at home the next morning and hands-on experience on how to do each step at home. I will have all the Ingredients listed and where to find them. It is a fun, hands on and interactive class were we open up a few more options for your kitchen magic. Come and join this fun evening.
