1 Day Small Group Horseback Riding Tour of Terelj National Park Including Lunch

You will be leaving Ulaanbaatar early in the morning at 9am for access to the better asphalt road and less traffic that will take you less than an hour to arrive at Terelj National park. You will see nomadic lifestyle as soon as you leave the city. Although Terelj National Park (23mi/37km) is close to Ulaanbaatar, it is a wonderful destination with beautiful natural rock formations including famous "Turtle Rock" which can be easily recognized because of its shape, beautiful scenery, and a Buddhist temple in spectacular surroundings. The horseback riding includes well-trained horses and highly qualified trainers who will guide you throughout your travel making it more amazing and memorable.

You will hike in the park and then enjoy your lunch near Genghis Khan Equestrian Statue. The statue is 131ft/40m in height, and you will see Genghis Khan holding a golden whip in his right hand. Later, you will visit a local nomad family where you will have an opportunity to experience their way of life, their culture and traditions. Afterward, you will be transferred back to Ulaanbaatar where this tour concludes.
