My brother and I had the most amazing time on this tour with Mattia. We 100% recommend this tour. Not only did we eat our way through the city, Mattia also gave us insights into Bologna and we learned a lot. The food and wine were amazing. The tour to see how the pasta is made was super fun too. The education on the different types of balsamic vinegar and meats was very interesting. We just had such a wonderful time. Anyone coming to Bologna should take this tour. Well worth it!
