Crystals and fire of Uyuni 3days - 2nights

1 DAY Uyuni-San Juan

 

Upon arrival at the airport of Uyuni our transport will be waiting for you, to take you to the incredible train cemetery, a place where you will see those steam trains of yesteryear, then we will go to the village of Colchani where we will observe the process of the salt and we will be able to buy the crafts made to hand, we will continue going into this magnificent salt desert and we will see lots of salt and the beautiful salt eyes, then we will arrive at the old salt hotel (Playa Blanca) currently a museum and the famous monument to the Dakar, we will have lunch in the desert with our cars prepared, then we will go to the islands of Incahuasi where we will go to see the largest cactus of the place, we will look for a place with a water eye to observe the beautiful sunset and then spend the night in the town of San Juan in A Hostal de Sal .

 

2 DAY San Juan-Huayllajara

 

We will get up at 07:30 to cross a small salt known as Chiguana, then we will go to the viewpoint to see the still active volcano named Ollague, we will continue with our route and visit the lagoons of Cañapa, Hedionda, Charcota and Honda, we will pass through the desert from Siloli and we will see the Stone Forest, after a good walk, we will have lunch with our prepared cars and we will go to the red lagoon that is in the national reserve of Eduardo Avaroa and we will see the beautiful sunset, we will continue with our route to reach the Village of Huayllajara where we will rest and we will have dinner.

 

3 DAY Huayllajara-Laguna Verde

 

We will get up early to go to see the sunrise and see the incredible geysers of the desert, then we can take a hot bath of hot springs and take a well deserved rest, we will continue through the desert of Salvador Dalí and we will pass through the green lagoon where we can observe the Licancabur Volcano, which is the highest in the Volcanic mountain range, we will continue and stop at Villa Mar for lunch, where we can see the Valley of the Rocks, San Cristóbal and return to Uyuni arriving at approximately 05:30 p.m.
