About this activity
Enjoy an easy pick up in downtown with two different meeting points from where you will be taken to the east side of the island.
Right there the guides will be waiting for you. They will explain how to use the Honda Semiautomatic TRX 250 ATV. Helmet is mandatory and the tour will then begin.
You will have at least two hours of driving along the Caribbean Seashore. The first stop will be at Xplabarco Ruins, after one hour of driving. The guides will explain some Mayan history and after relaxing time, you will jump back again into the ATV for another hour of driving in one of the most virgin sides of Cozumel Island.
Once you are back again in the starting point, you will be served a delicious local lunch (chicken fajitas). After lunch you can go snorkeling for about 30 minutes accompanied by a professional guide. Then, you will be taken back to downtown Cozumel.

This excursion was amazing! The ATV’s are so much fun and the tour guides are helpful and funny! I would definitely recommend it!!!
The atv part was great. The organization to get us there was horrible. No one ever showed up at the meeting spot. We had to find some from another tour to point us in the right direction. Eventually, a taxi took us to this little place to get our at vs, but they weren't back yet. So we waited in the pouring rain until they arrived. It was fun. We ate a nice lunch, but skipped the snorkel part.
The meet-up was very confusing and no one really knew which tour they were on. Then they packed 5 of us into a small taxi...one person had to ride in the back to the starting location. One ATV broke down, then another flooded out because the wires were not well protected. The history was barely in english and ruins was minimal. you really didn't get to enjoy the scenery.
