About this activity
Morning, Afternoon and Sunset tour. The tour consists of 4 or 5 stops, departing from our offices, where drivers receive a short instruction on the driving of motorcycles. All the way South by sea shore. The first stop is in the town of Cedral where are Mayan ruins, Church. Then the viewpoint, continuing with the beach of San Martin and Tequilera Los Reyes, where we offer a small tour of tequila and free food (Mexican fajitas) and from there we go to north side, airport, President vacation home, small mayan ruin, then return driving by the main street to the port or meeting point. In all the stops have an excellent landscape (where you can drink something to cool off and take pictures, there we have public toilets)The tour guides take a lot of pictures which you can find later in our facebook page. The tours last approximately 3 hours and a half.

This was NOT a Carnival approved excursion BUT it was more than worth it, Having just returned from the cruise, here are the details. First, we were picked up near the entrance to the Carnival port (did have to walk outside the controlled area, but still felt safe) just after arrival of the ship (they waited on us). After we were picked up, we were taken to the "garage" to pick up our Trike. A few short instructions and a test ride to make sure we got it, then we were on our way. The traffic was not a problem nor was the time factor. We were escorted all the way by another Trike, with another employee on the trike taking pictures of us. I let my wife drive, so I could take pictures - smart idea because we now have a LOT of beautiful pictures of Cozumel off the beaten path. Since you are not inside a vehicle compartment, you enjoy the wind in your face (bring sunglasses - just don't want a bug in your eye) and the fragrance of the all the flowers as you are driving - just incredible. We did not feel rushed and it was a well planned and excellent excursion. The hawking of wares in El Cedral was a little over the top, but we understood that is how these people survive - tourism. Excellent, excellent, excellent.
