Let me start by saying the guys that did the tour with us were amazing...friendly, fun, knowledge. The cars were fun, but not in the best repair. It feels a little rushed at times. Having said that, it was a good experience overall and I would reccomend this tour. Make sure you tip these guys they work hard!

This has to be the best tour in Cozumel! Our guides Ronny and Jose were fun, knowledgable and saw to our every need. The island is beautiful, of course, but the best part was the visit to the Mayan village. We admired the cultural pride on display everywhere we went in the village. The price of the tour was worth it. My only recommendation to the owners would be to do some much needed maintenance on the carsthey were safe and pay these guys more--they made the tour a most memorable experience.

We had a great time. We did however have to wait about 30minutes for a so thought missing couple, which was us but we were the first ones to arrive and check in so not sure how that happened. So we were rushed at each stop. We could not snorkel because the water too rough. But lunch and all the service was great. We would definitely book again

This tour, unfortunately, was not as great as I have come to expect from Viator. The day got off to a bad start when we showed up at the meeting place at 9:45 AM as instructed. The guide did not show up until an hour later, explaining that the tour was scheduled for 11:00, not 10:00 as we had been notified in the reservation. This alone would not be a problem, except for the fact that the tour was 5 hours and we had to be back on the ship by 3:30, meaning the tour had to be shortened to four hours to allow time to get back to the depot and walk back to the ship. Once we got the buggies, they were in rough shape. They looked fine, but the transmissions were shot. It was virtually impossible to get our buggy into gear without constant grinding the gears. We switched off to the other couple in our buggy, but they had the same problem. This continued throughout the entire four hours of what was originally supposed to be a five hour tour. Our guide, Ronny, was pretty good. He tried his best to smooth over the late start and to get us back on time. Unfortunately, his friendly demeanor and good intentions were not enough to make up for the truncated tour and the poor quality of the vehicles. If we could have had the full 5 hours as booked and a buggy with a transmission that was at least fair, the rating would be significantly better. Overall, the itinerary itself is pretty good. Our experience, sadly, was not.
